Seven steps. Same order, every time.

From company registration to a settled transaction, the fueling lifecycle never improvises.

2

Add fleet

Add trucks, drivers and set permissions.

3

Fund or obtain credit

4

5

Driver fuels

Driver presents voucher at any partner station.

6

Every fuelling is captured in real time.

7

Account updated

Balances, limits and history always up to date.

Inside the voucher

The authorization is the product.

Every litre Tetra releases is tied to an instruction your office issued first.

What a voucher carries

Truck registration, driver, permitted sites, and a hard limit in litres or value.

How it is redeemed

The driver presents the authorization at a partner station and fuel is released against it.

Who does what

The office issues and revokes. The driver fuels. The station records. Nobody improvises.

What you get back

Litres, price and site captured at the pump, posted to your balance or statement.

FAQ

How the process behaves.

Can’t find it here? Our team in Lusaka handles account and supply questions directly.

  • The company profile and first trucks can be captured in a single session. Credit accounts add a review step before authorizations go live.

  • Yes. An unredeemed authorization can be revoked from the office and the reserved value returns to the account.

  • The station cannot exceed the limit on the voucher. The office issues a new authorization if more fuel is genuinely required.

  • It is captured at the point of fueling — litres, price and site — then written against the truck, driver and account.
